Join Augusta BirthNetwork!
If you are an expectant parent, or are thinking of being one, you are invited to become a supporting member to help advance our cause of better birth for all women in the CSRA. (Membership in Augusta Birth Network is not required to participate in our educational and informational events.)
Augusta Birth Network is a non-profit organization that depends on memberships and the hard work of our volunteers to fulfill our mission. Please join us as we work to improve maternity care!
Levels of Membership:
Consumer Membership ($25 per year)
This level of membership is for community members interested in supporting the mission of Augusta Birth Network and attending Augusta Birth Network events, but who do not wish to advertise a business or service.
Benefits of Consumer membership include:
* Resources to support mother-friendly care.
* Discounts to Augusta Birth Network conferences and events.
* Becoming a part of a growing movement to improve maternity care in your community.
* Acknowledgement on Augusta Birth Network's website.
Basic Professional Membership ($50 per year)
This level of membership is designed for professionals and organizations working in birth and childbearing fields or who provide other mother/baby-friendly services.
Benefits of Basic Professional membership include:
* All of the above, including:
* One listing in both our printed directory and online directory.
* Speaking opportunities connected to your area of expertise as it relates to mother-friendly care at an Augusta Birth Network event.
* Networking opportunities with both consumers and birth professionals.
* Ability to distribute your marketing materials at Augusta Birth Network events.
Enhanced Professional Membership ($75 per year)
Benefits of Enhanced Professional membership include:
* All of the benefits of Basic Professional membership, plus:
* Two listings in both the print and online version of ABN's directory
Premium Professional Membership ($100 per year)
Designed for larger companies, partnerships, or individuals who offer more than one service (i.e, doula, childbirth educator and massage therapist)
Benefits of Premium Professional membership include:
* All of the benefits of Basic Professional membership, plus:
* Three to five listings in both the print and online version of ABN's directory.
Easy Steps to Become a Member
1. Read the Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative.
2. Print, fill out, and send in your application by mail.
3. You may either pay electronically or mail a check in with your application.
(4.) You may also come to a meeting and we will provide a membership form for you there!
